All Kelly Gail Jewelry pieces are individually handmade by Kelly Gail herself to your size specifications at time of purchase. Lead time on production sometimes takes 2-3 weeks before an item can be shipped. Please be patient with delivery times. Please keep in mind, all items are handmade & hand polished. Stones are selected individually for each piece and set by hand. With this; product photography may differ only slightly from the actual product you receive. Kelly Gail works extremely hard to exceed expectations and provides the utmost attention to detail with creating each piece specifically for you. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Refunds/exchanges may not be honored if items are not returned in "like new" condition, or in the same packaging in which they were shipped. Tracking on return packages is absolutely mandatory. Kelly Gail Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
